1. Interpretation and Definitions
1.1 Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Application refers to Alio Hub, the software program provided by the Company.

For service providers: name, email, cell number, password. Once services have been activated on the platform, the service provider's account number will be collected during the service activation process after passing the vetting process. The account number is securely stored in our database and used only for the transfer of funds upon the completion of services.

For processing customer payment transactions, customer payment details are not kept or stored in any way. They are used on our third-party payment platform, and once the payment is complete or unsuccessful, the payment details are not stored or saved in any manner.
3.2 Usage Data
3.2.1 Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
