Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Alio Hub application ("App"), owned and operated by D2D Transit (Pty) Ltd ("D2D Transit", "we", ​"our", or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Payment and Bookings

Customers must pay for services through the payment gateway provided by Paystack. Once payment is successfully processed, the booking details will be ​displayed on the customer's bookings page within the App. All transactions are final, and customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their booking ​details.

2. Payment to Service Providers

Payments to service providers are enabled and processed through the App. Once the customer has confirmed through the App that the service has been ​completed, a payment button will be activated in the service provider's app. Upon clicking the button, a payment is initiated by way of a transfer. If the ​transaction is successful, funds will be deposited in the service provider's account provided at registration. It is the responsibility of the service provider to ​provide an accurate account number, and Alio Hub cannot be held liable for incorrect account numbers. Should the payment not succeed, the service provider ​must contact support immediately to resolve the issue.

3. No Discounts

No discounts are available for services booked through the App unless explicitly stated otherwise. All prices are final as listed at the time of booking.

4. Service Fulfilment

Once a booking is made, it is the responsibility of both the customer and the service provider to ensure that the transaction is fulfilled to completion. D2D ​Transit cannot be held liable for any dissatisfaction or disputes arising from the service provided by independent service providers. Customers are encouraged ​to review service providers and report any issues promptly.

5. Complaints and Support

Customers can lodge complaints through the channels provided by Alio Hub for assistance. We strive to resolve issues promptly and fairly. However, D2D ​Transit does not guarantee outcomes or resolutions in disputes between customers and service providers. Our support team will mediate to the best of our ​abilities, but final resolutions rest with the involved parties.

6. Service Provider Independence

Service providers listed on the App are independent contractors. D2D Transit does not exercise control over their operations, schedules, or the quality of ​service provided. Service providers are solely responsible for complying with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to their services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D2D Transit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, ​including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the App or ​services provided through the App. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8. Amendments

D2D Transit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes to these Terms by posting the updated Terms on ​the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your ​responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions ​or proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in South Africa.

10. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property ​of D2D Transit and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any unauthorized use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, ​display, or transmission of any content on the App is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by D2D Transit.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to ​understand our practices regarding your personal information.
